Our Story

After a decade of spending the easy Summer months in Sweden, we decided to move our family to Sweden full time in 2022.  A year later G8 Imports was born.  While this is a brand new company, the business of wine is not new to me.  In Southern California, I spent 20 years in all aspects of the wine trade, working as a sommelier, in retail, auctions, distribution, etc.  Most importantly, I am a wine lover.  With G8 Imports I'm focused on selling wines that I love.  I strive to work with wine growers that hold similar values to myself in regards to wine making, and the environment.  I support organic and biodynamic agriculture.  I don't hold a militant stance regarding the use of sulfur.  I want to sell great wines that express the place they come from and the people that make them.
